Senior Project Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects ($1M to $10M Electrical) or on one very large project($25M to $100M Electrical). The Senior Project Manager leads and manages a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential future customers.
Physical Requirements: This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors.Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Construction Managers schedule and supervise tradesmen to repair residential and commercial
properties after fire, flood and storms. They deliver quality renovations efficiently, while
working within a budget. They spend substantial time in the field to ensure projects are
completed quickly and correctly.
