What You’ll Do:
In this role you will process information within specific timeframes to maintain efficiency and timeliness of documentation, communication and reporting. You will produce, assemble, and track owner contracts, sub-contracts, and change orders. You will process submittals, shop drawings and samples for approval. You will reproduce and post project documents (plans, specifications manuals, ASIs, RFIs, etc.). You will obtain, review for accuracy, and track certificate of insurance and job specific safety manual from subcontractors. You will manage, create and respond in a timely manner to numerous emails. You will effectively communicate relevant project information with the project team and clients to ensure project flow. Other duties include managing Outlook calendar, attending meetings, track Superintendent’s daily logs, reports and photos. There will be other various projects as assigned.

Location:
The Project Assistant role has a flexible work schedule with a mix of working at the job-site, at the corporate office and remote.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Construction Project Assistant and/or Administrative Assistant.
Experience and knowledge of Construction Industry preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong level of computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude, along with maturity and dependability.
Ability to remain focused in a challenging and at times chaotic atmosphere.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
