The division controller's main duties include preparing financial statements and reports as ordered by senior management. The reports might forecast the firm's financial situation in anticipation of an upcoming project. Other work includes overseeing the auditing, accounting and budgeting activities. A division controller would report to the corporate controller or chief financial officer.
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of all operational
aspects of assigned construction projects. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing one or
more projects, in addition to assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing
project schedules and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed.
Looking for someone with Construction experience and/or experience in fire & water restoration. The company has been around for 30+ years and has a well established reputation in the industry. This position has room for advancement. Including but not limited to the following duties.
- Managing 8-15 projects ranging from $2,000 to $500,000+
- Continuously improving their performance and setting proper expectations of others
- Constantly learning about construction and restoring homes and commercial properties
- Documenting their work and scheduling their jobs to meet client requirements
A well established company is seeking an Senior Estimator to be responsible for preparing and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Senior Estimator is the Lead Estimator for projects and work with other Estimators, suppliers and customers to complete the estimate.
