Constantly learning about construction and restoring homes and commercial properties
Documenting their work and scheduling their jobs to meet client requirements
Celebrating completion of projects with tradesmen, property owners grateful to be back
in their properties, and Paul Davis team members

Requirements:
Five years of construction management experience
Ability to recruit, develop and lead teams of skilled tradesmen
Track record of increasing responsibility, industry learning and continuing education
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills
