 Continuously improving their performance and setting proper expectations of others
 Constantly learning about construction and restoring homes and commercial properties
 Documenting their work and scheduling their jobs to meet client requirements

in their properties, and Paul Davis team members

Requirements:

 Five years of construction management experience
 Ability to recruit, develop and lead teams of skilled tradesmen
 Track record of increasing responsibility, industry learning and continuing education
 Sound planning and organizational skills
 Excellent communications and presentation skills
