General Superintendent
To provide on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding
on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
An excellent Senior Project Manager must have at least 10 to 15 years’ experience with building large multifamily housing projects of $50M and larger, a Bachelorette Degree from an accredited university and be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to oversee and coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
