Central New York construction company is looking for a Controller. This position reports directly to the owner. The Controller will have direct responsibility for the company’s finances and information
systems. This person will develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies.

Job Functions: Oversee budgeting, accounting, payables, payroll, receivables, cash flow, job costs, benefit management, and insurance programs. Develop and implement short and long term goals, planning, and budgeting management.

Supervise staff of five people.

Must be very hands-on.

5 to 7 years experience as a Controller or equivalent.

4 year accounting degree.
