The Project Superintendent’s primary responsibility is to lead the field staff in the successful completion of assigned projects. The Project Superintendent participates in overseeing subcontractor performance, job site safety, quality, project scheduling, and communications with the architect and consultants on field and constructability issues. Assistant Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that prior to the start of construction, all processes are in place to ensure an efficient, profitable operation. This includes managing the contract review process with clients, and contracts/relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Works internally with salespeople, estimators, project managers, project management support staff, VP of Preconstruction, VP of Construction, General Superintendent, Logistics Manager and project management support staff to ensure a smooth flow from sales to construction. Serves as administrative resource to field crews during projects to communicate with clients, manage change orders and expectations, etc. This position is specifically for our multifamily/commercial concrete repair division. Advancement opportunities include estimating and project management for geotechnical, tunnel & utility construction division.
