Who we are
A partner, not a vendor.
The S.R. Clarke Group has recruited for one industry for forty-seven years: the contractors, developers, and trade specialists who build America. That focus is the whole method. We know the projects, the people running them, and what each is paid.
Tell us about your business: the projects that define you, the leaders who guide it, and the search that is keeping you awake. Only with that understanding can we send you the right person rather than a stack of resumes.
We operate in partnership with you to grow your business and to advance the careers of the people we place. That balance takes communication, knowledge, and hard work, and it has been the benchmark of this firm since the first placement.
