National Sales Vice President
Help develop relationships & develop strategies to secure business with national clients. Partner with the regional Sales Managers on developing and driving the Sales Strategies in harmony. Support CEO & branches in the development of future Sales targets and financial planning
Identify and qualify energy sales opportunities with federal customers. Sells complex energy solutions with limited supervision, assists customers and potential customers with problem solving, develops & deploys account strategies. Analyzes and prioritizes federal customer financial goals and strategic objectives, tracks and reports on key business results and trends, and develops complex financial solutions strategies
Provide oversight to a single large project or multiple projects being managed by Project Managers and Project Engineers. Develop and nurture customer relationships beyond a single project – at Southland, we value customers for life. Mentor Project Engineers and Project Managers to be prepare them for the next step in their profession in keeping with our core value “People.”
