The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that prior to the start of construction, all processes are in place to ensure an efficient, profitable operation. This includes managing the contract review process with clients, contracts and relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and other processes such as submittals, credit accounts, etc with other stakeholders. Works internally with salespeople, VP of Preconstruction, VP of Construction, General Superintendent, Logistic Manager, and project management support staff to ensure a smooth flow from sales to construction.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or on one very large project. The Senior Project Manager leads and manages a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
The Division Manager is responsible for overall management direction for all divisional functions including the profit/loss (P&L) of the organizational unit.
We are specifically looking for experience in estimating and managing underground duct bank, substation, signaling, street lighting, EV charging stations, transit and bus charging stations, aviation runway lighting and managing people.
The Superintendent is a critical member of the Operations Team. The Superintendent’s responsibility is to supervise the field construction of a project and to complete the work on schedule, within budget, to the quality of workmanship specified to satisfy the customer. In the performance of this function, it is the Superintendent’s responsibility to protect and promote interests and to do whatever is reasonably necessary to successfully complete the assigned project(s)
