Vice President Operations (Electrical Construction): Northeastern US

Position Summary:

Our client is a national electrical contractor located in the Northeastern United States. They are a full service firm with annual revenues exceeding $160M. They perform work in the northeast, Ohio valley, Mid-Atlantic, south and southeast areas of the country, and they maintain a diverse portfolio of projects in all industries. They have four branch offices located throughout these areas of the country.

They are seeking an individual with direct experience in P&L, operations, management, project execution, estimating, managing the process as well as being a leader and encourager. The key candidate will be self-motivated; have the ability to hit the ground running; be an effective communicator; open to travel occasionally to the branch offices; and seeking to advance his career to the next level. This is not a position for the timid. The Vice President of Operations will report directly to the President of the firm.
