Real Estate Development Vice President Jobs (Dallas)

Publicly-traded company who has enjoyed over six decades of business growth as a buyer, seller, developer and manager of real estate. Primary focus is in retail shopping centers, office buildings and Master Planned communities.

Candidate must have shopping center experience and possess ability to develop and maintain strong anchor tenant relationships. Emphasis will be on ability to create new development opportunities and enhanced value for managed portfolio. The candidate must also possess significant experience with the department stores, big box tenants, and strip centers, as well as understand various facets of alternative formats of retail development. Experience with office, industrial and multi-family projects would be advantageous.

This position will oversee and direct the development or re-development of projects related to new and or existing regional shopping centers, and will lead a project team to implement new and redevelopment approved strategic plans. Projects should be completed on time and on budget, unless scope of projects of project change.
