Our candidate has worked as an assistant superintendent, filling in when the superintendent was out or away but primarily working as a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager. He has great projects under his belt but wants to be in the field as a super. He would have a great interest in starting as an assistant super, is pretty savvy in the MEPs and currently working towards his New York City Site Safety License. He has a degree from Seton Hall in Business/Finance and is a sponge for knowledge, excellent at reading plans and is currently an assistant super on a $40M, 12 story 130 unit condo project. About half his projects have been commercial and the other residential. He is currently at $60K and is looking for a minimum of $70K with a review in 6 months. He has considerable experience in construction prior to college so his experience is more than the 4+ years as seen on his resume. His current employer will not put him in the field as he wishes and that is why he is interested in exploring other opportunities. He could be a good addition to any team looking for someone to groom into their company´s mold.
