Senior Vice President (Multifamily / Mixed-Use)

Company is a developer of Multi-Family (for rent) and mixed-use residential developments. Company is part of a conglomerate of companies established in 1971 as a provider of investment and brokerage services. In 2006, company closed over 20.5billion of investment transactions for private and institutional investors. The Company utilizes the services of third party general contractors either through competitive bid or negotiation. Company is a prominent privately held real estate Development Company specializing in the development of multifamily and mixed-use residential communities throughout the Western United States. Our communities are intended to offer a more convenient lifestyle, located near employment centers, transportation hubs, arts and entertainment venues. Company is currently involved in projects in California redevelopment areas. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, the Company maintains a regional corporate office in Northern California.

The position of Senior Vice President will oversee for all aspects of pre-construction through construction of multi-family and mixed-use residential apartment communities in Northern and/or Southern Ca. areas. Must have wood frame, podium and concrete experience. Working closely with the Regional President, candidate should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial atmosphere working in a team environment. Must know how to negotiate and close urban projects. Knowledge of the Ca. Urban markets a requirement. Responsibilities entail overseeing a team of people, which includes budgeting, preconstruction, and assure quality control. Excellent Compensation to include Equity Participation.
