Ground floor opportunity with mid-size Developer Builder who specializes in commercial multi-family construction.

Qualifications:

Must have DC building experience; knowledge of subcontractors and permitting

Must have turnkey, General Contractor experience with concrete and steel on $50m+ projects as lead Superintendent from beginning to end

Must have excellent people skills, and a proven ability to manage large teams
