Senior Superintendent (Hotel to Condo Conversion): U.S. Virgin Islands

Responsibilities:

Subcontract & purchase order scope development
Project cost accounting setup
Schedule of values
Project scheduling
Prime contract administration
Invoice review and approval
Monthly position reports
Owner & Engineer / Architect relations

Qualifications:

Must have 5 years experience in commercial construction; specifically with projects involving the conversion of hotels to timeshares/condos. International experience a plus.

Four year degree in either Building or Construction Management.Strong organizational, management & communication skills. Strong computer skills including Primavera and Expedition, MS Office : Outlook, Word and Excel.
