Senior Retail Construction Manager/Owners Representative Candidate Available

Responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, including overseeing annual construction of 40+ new retail stores in multiple states, including California and Hawaii. Experienced in bid solicitation, overseeing general contractors and interfacing with corporate divisions including real estate, engineering, architecture, legal, planning, purchasing and operations to ensure successful project completions. Coordinates work with outside consultants, i.e. architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, attorneys, permit expeditors, fire protection, geotech engineers, etc. Extensive due diligence experience, report preparation and communication skills. Open to relocation.
