Ground floor opportunity with mid-size Developer Builder who specializes in commercial multi-family construction.

Qualifications:

  • Washington DC building experience with knowledge of permitting
  • Turnkey General Contractor experience, managing over $100m in multiple projects
  • A proven record of successfully managing multi-family projects
  • Strong people skills and the ability to manage teams
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred
