Senior Project Manager: Phoenix
   

My client is a global company providing real estate services and money management in the local, national and global markets. Voted as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by FORTUNE magazine and one of the “400 Best Big Companies” by Forbes magazine. My client is an industry leader in property and corporate facility management services.

The company seeks a Senior Project Manager for their Project and Development Services Group. This group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project management and owner’s representative responsibilities in the hotel, resort and hospitality field
  • Oversee project implementation through completion of construction
  • Manage projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting and construction management
  • Interface with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management or related experience
  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience working on Hospitality (Hotels and Resorts) and/or development management commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to travel to Las Vegas, NV
  • Ability to take charge, needs little supervision and can hit the ground running
