Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction): Fresno

Our client, is a National General Contractor that is expanding to the Central Valley, they have retained our firm to aggressively identify a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (depending on experience). Their projects range from Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Entertainment, and Public Works. The company is a leader in the Nation in General Contracting and Construction Management.

The right candidate will have project experience similar to theirs and have a “Team Player” personality with the ability to sell the company´s services to new clients. This position offers the right candidate an aggressive compensation and benefits program as well as a high return ESOP program.

Degree in a Construction related field is a must; the right candidate must be computer literate, have a good knowledge of the Central Valley sub contractor base and be able to take a project from start to completion including punch list items, work independently with corporate oversight. Minimum of 7 years project management experience in the Central Valley market place. If interested please include resume, project list and references.
