Fast-growing, multi-disciplinary firm, with offices in the Pacific Northwest, is looking for talented and motivated Sr. Project Managers to join our team. This position will be involved in the coordination and production of several projects concurrently.

Oversee all phases of medium to large projects and serve as the primary client contact, defining client requirements and establishing project approach. The Project Manager ensures that all required information for design and planning is obtained, and works closely with the Designers and Project Architect in establishing the project schedule, technical requirements, and budgetary goals.

Other duties include being responsible to coordinate workload with the project team; assist with project reviews; execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans; and act as a mentor for less experienced Project Managers.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 12+ years of architectural experience; 4 year degree required
• Extensive experience in all phases of a projects, from design development through construction administration, for a variety of project types
• Experience in client management, including marketing/presentations, contract development and negotiations
• Experience with team leadership including Owners, Consultants, and in-house architecture staff coordination and assignments
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and interaction skills with building departments and code review agencies
• Proficient use of integrated software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc…) and scheduling packages (such as Microsoft Office and Project).
• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
