Over 19-years of broad experience in real estate development and construction project management. Successfully managed several large $100 - $300 million high-rise build-to-suit commercial projects located mostly in the New York City metropolitan area aggregating 4.6 million square feet. Abilities include the skill set to create a cohesive and energetic teamwork environment for efficiently executing design and construction activities under very challenging conditions while ultimately achieving project objectives. Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment (1999) and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Currently lives in Central Plains; open to relocation.
