Position Summary:

The Senior Planner position is a key member of the team, providing project leadership, successful project execution, as well as cultivating business opportunities with clients. This position is responsible for coordinating team members and consultants, representing the company at client meetings, programming projects, conducting site visits and all necessary communications and documentation needed to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This position will mentor less experienced staff.

Job Requirements:

Degree in architecture or related field from an accredited program. Registered Architect in the United States or National Council of Architecture Registration Board (NCARB) certified. If applicable, complete necessary continuing education credits per year to maintain state licensure and/or professional organizations. Minimum eight years planning experience with background in laboratory, pharmaceutical or process planning. Projects completed with multiple clients ideal. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of operational and staffing models in a lab setting. Proficient in AutoCAD and the ability to develop computerized tools to support planning efforts.
