Job Summary: Responsible for the creation, analysis, coordination, maintenance and distribution of management reporting for the Commercial Property Group.

Qualifications: Must be a self-thinker, problem solver, self motivated, Excellent communication skills to deal with CFO on a daily basis.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the generation and analysis of divisional performance, reports, and financial analysis.
• Play an integral role in divisional annual business plan and monthly forecast processes.
• Review monthly divisional and departmental general and administrative performance against budgeting and forecast expectations.
• Serve as a key liaison in analyzing and communicating results to various levels of management within the division.
• Conduct analysis and validation of information relating to real estate investment transactions by creating system-generated reports.
• Streamline financial and monthly reporting.
• Assist Corporate and division Accounting Departments in various special projects and initiatives, as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong financial analysis and systems skills. Strong Excel skills a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to challenge assignments while striving to gain efficiencies without compromising work product.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting/finance, preferably with focus on reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with large tier corporate accounting, Big 4, reporting and analysis systems including: Hyperion, Peoplesoft, and nVision.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
