With over 20 years experience in the construction and development industry, this candidate has been fortunate to have been involved in a variety of unique and challenging projects, and in all roles of the project team; from design, to contractor, to owner. Since 1997, he has been deeply involved with the development of “branded” resort projects in ski areas throughout the country. The product types delivered include commercial use, hospitality, townhomes, fractional and whole-ownership condominiums. He has a passion of taking the project dream, concept, or “back-of-the-napkin” sketch and bringing to reality.

As part of the one of the world leading experts in village resort creation, he saw his role grow from Development Manager to Regional Vice President of resort development. This role was instrumental in the overall development of the project from inception to completion. He brings incredible project expertise in entitlements, programming, design, construction, residential, resort and commercial development, as well as sales and marketing. Throughout his career this candidate has been responsible for numerous successful sales campaigns and consistently met or exceeded the required profitability thresholds.
