Job Description:

• Assist and support pre-project planning and due diligence.
• Manage and oversee all design and construction activities throughout the development process.
• Manage and oversee Owner’s design team to maintain information flow, document submittal schedule and project schedule.
• Review and comment upon all submittals from Owner’s design team (i.e. plans, specifications, and shop drawings).
• Manage and oversee the general contractor on development sites to ensure on budget and on time delivery, and conformity with project construction drawings, specifications, and Owner’s construction standards.
• Manage and oversee construction trades for tenant improvements, maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and update project budgets and cost estimates.
• Negotiate and evaluate bids from contractors, trades and vendors. Issue contract agreements.
• Perform day-to-day contract administration
• Review and track RFIs, change orders, and progress payment submittals.

Qualifications:
10 years minimum experience in project and/or construction management of commercial or institutional developments
BA/BS in Architecture or Construction Management required.
