Major accomplishments include implementation of $30 million renovation program resulting in increased leasing activity from 13% to over 75%, and changing the classification from a Class “B” to a Class “A” building. Responsibilities include supervision of all on-site personnel, financial reporting, coordination of asbestos abatement contractors, project management on behalf of building owners for tenant finishes, including approval of architectural drawings and bidding process through final completion of the punch list, and participation in decision making on all lease language and negotiations.
