Senior Architectural Designer: Atlanta

As a Senior Architectural Designer the candidate will oversee a project team through the conceptual and schematic design development of a variety of complex projects from project origin up to the development and production phase. They will oversee the preparation of plans, schedules for the design activities of the assigned project. Must be able to communicate design ideas using several different mediums including hand drawings, sketches, CAD programs and Renderings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 5 years of professional architectural design experience. Strong technical design skills. Must have good hand drafting skills. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop and SketchUp . Must also have strong presentation skills.
