Regional Director For Resort Developer (Orlando)
   

DESCRIPTION
Regional Director for one of the world's largest timeshare/fractional share/resort developers; responsible for design management, budgeting & forecasting, & overall management of entire development process for several projects in the Eastern U.S. & Caribbean. 50%-75% travel. Must have high level of integrity & personal responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS
Project Design Management, Financial Skills (Forecasting & Budgeting), Construction Knowledge, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong sense of personal responsibility. Bachelor's Degree or higher. Development/Construction experience in high-end residential, large multi-family, or luxury condo projects. Ability to successfully interface with contractors and staff in the field, as well as coroporate colleagues and managers.
