Having managed his own business, he is very good with finances, had excellent purchasing experience and has done his own land acquisitions, entitlements and development.

This is a very levelheaded candidate that does not want to start up another company. He wants to join a major builder and is willing to accept a Project Manager´s position with the thought of moving into an urban building management role as the business grows.
