Regional Development Manager (Multifamily): Raleigh, Charlotte, Houston, Washington D.C.

National multifamily development company has an opportunity for a senior development manager to operate a new regional office. Must be capable of developing the business from the ground up. Corporate support provides the backup but the regions are as autonomous as they have the capability of becoming. Must be capable of putting the organization together to identify properties, perform the market and financial analyses to justify their acquisition. Lead the acquisition and entitlement process and oversee the development, construction, leasing and operation.

Excellent financial package to reward performance and attract the best talent available in the market. Must have substantial documented experience in all of the disciplines necessary to successfully implement the business plan.
