Manage a team of Project Managers and associated staff for multiple projects from inception (capital planning) to completion including construction, voice/data, commissioning. Assemble/manage a team of external/internal professionals; review contracts; develop budgets/schedules (by project & integrated department); manage client communications; manage bid documents, negotiate contracts, reporting, contractor performance; deliver on time, on budget against client requirements/scope. Execution of client defined project management process including initiation / preconstruction, due-diligence, design, permitting, pricing, funding, construction, commissioning, turnover and close-out. Collaboration with client, property & engineering stakeholders on the development, execution and completion of projects.
Degreed (BS minimum) in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture
Project Management training
Continued education in Business
7+years commercial construction project management experience - critical facilities construction required
