Regional Controller: Dallas

Regional financial position for a national, residential builder/developer. Located in Dallas, Texas covering a significant geographic and business region. Implement corporate strategies and assure compliance to policies and procedures reporting to the Regional President. Long term planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of operating results.

Must be a CPA, preferably with a public accounting background. Seven to ten years experience with some homebuilding knowledge. JV accounting experience and knowledge of J. D. Edwards software in an AS 400 environment is preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience with a range of $125 to $175K and a bonus potential of 40%-80% of base.
