Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in origination, underwriting and due diligence of acquisition and investment transactions.
Coordination of designers, contractors and marketing consultants for improvement of projects.
Interface and negotiate with governmental jurisdictions on entitlement and zoning issues.
Monitor financing for properties.
Provide and implement strategy for disposition of properties.
Review and negotiate contracts (purchase and sale, loan documents, partnership agreements, leases, etc.). Assist in negotiation with partners, sellers, and buyers.
Review and approve invoices and otherwise coordinate property management concerns.
Prepare and review project budgets.
Maintain and collect market data for each project.
Create and maintain broker network within project market area.
Review and report on an on-going basis status of projects.
Implement project strategy on daily basis.
Assist and coordinate escrow process.
Assist in the preparation of the business plan for the project, including marketing strategy, budget, capital requirements and disposition strategy, etc.
