Real Estate Acquisitions / Asset Management Candidate Available

This candidate is a very strong asset manager who is currently on the West Coast but looking to move back East. She holds a Bachelors degree from Cornell and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia. She has a strong analytical background, experience with Argus and has worked on some very complex financial models. She's currently an Associate in for a large Global Real Estate group on the West Coast where she oversees a portfolio of fourteen properties totaling approximately 6.5 million square feet in seven markets. She also peforms acquistions duties including underwriting and due dilingence tasks within her present role. She is ready to take that next step into an Asset Mangement or Acquisitions role, and wants that next career move to be back on the East Coast.She has a great image, is extemely intelligent and is ready to interview ASAP.
