Summary:

This is an exciting new opportunity for a hands-on Quality Program Manager with our rapidly growing ENR 400 Construction Company. In this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and train our talented employees to insure compliance with all applicable company, owner and government regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, communicate, train and reinforce “Best Practices” with regard to the highest quality of workmanship on all operations projects.
• Develop, implement, monitor and provide metrics surrounding a new: Prevention Activities; Monitoring and Auditing Activities; “Rework Required” Standards.
• Drives the creation of an informed and creative workforce through a comprehensive training program for all operations employees; and assures specifications, regulations, company and owner requirements are met by both employees and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• 10 – 15 plus years experience in the Construction Industry with direct expertise in Concrete, Large Diameter Pipe work, Form and Finish Carpentry and Mechanical Systems
• Medium to Large General Contractor or Construction Management Company experience required
• Prior experience as a Quality Manager preferred.
• Significant experience working with Florida and Federal Construction Quality Guidelines and a history of positive relationships with Owners, Engineers and Inspection Agencies
• Proficient computer skills including: Outlook, Word, Excel, Primavera and/or Expedition
• 25-35% Travel to sites required throughout the state of Florida and in the Caribbean Islands
