Interiors Project Manager: Commercial Construction (Suburban Washington DC)

General Contractor with steady progressive growth is in need of two Project Managers with commercial interior experience. Offices in Northern Virginia and Maryland.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 3-5 yrs in commercial interiors---office build outs, ranging $.5m to $3m. some renovation work, small base building is bonus. Degreed, construction related preferred.

MUST BE Type “A” with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self driven, well organized, responsive/pro-active to clients/business. Company is turning work away.
