Established, $300 million General Contractor in the Washington DC metropolitan area in search of Project Managers to handle new projects awarded. Excellent opportunity to work with leaders in the industry who have developed good working environments with strong systems, support and the tools to get the job done.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have general contracting project experience in the Washington / Baltimore metro area
5-10 years experience as lead Project Manager running turnkey, renovation or interior projects
Assertive personality with strong communication and organization skills
Bachelors degree in construction related field is preferred
