Position Summary:

Overview responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout.
• Ensuring that both the expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded.
• Managing the project from beginning to end including: budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall progress against the plan.

• Lead and Communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to adhere to project schedule.
• Represent company with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors
• Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline
• 7+ years experience in managing health care projects of reasonable project size/scope

• Excellent business judgment demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and strong project close-outs
• Client and subcontractor relationships in good standing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to consistently analyze and execute financial trade-offs which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity
• Ability to constantly multi-task and handle competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action
