Construction Project Manager Available! (New York City)

Our Candidate spent 6 years with a New York City Developer where he ran out of the ground new work and renovations to 7 stories as a project manager. These were concrete and steel buildings, mostly apartments and he feels that he could easily build a 10-12 story building out of the ground, however, he would welcome the opportunity to be part of a team on a large project as an Assistant Project Manager. Prior to the developer he was with Duke Management and Construction as a super on similar type of projects. He moved to his current employer and he has been assigned as an Assistant Project Manager on a 18 story hotel conversion into luxury condos. He feels he is very under utilized and entertaining career alternatives where he can contribute to the success of a project and company. He has almost 10 years of New York City experience and can handle all aspects of a project, from conceptual to close out.
