Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager (Las Vegas)

Description:

A rapidly growing, 600M contractor, working in hospitality, commercial, and office is promoting from within and is looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to come on board. Company has reputation for taking care of its people; employees, and clients. They also have well-established owner and subcontractor relationships. This firm has a strategic growth plan to continue their growth by diversification. They have excellent benefits. They are a great place to work with a corporate office centrally located in Las Vegas, with regional offices in California and Reno.

Qualifications

Must be able to read blueprints and get involved with detailed take offs
Have excellent people skills, attention to detail, and good organization skills
Must be comfortable with handling inventories, ordering and scheduling deliveries of materials as well as updating project schedule.
Travel is kept to a minimum.
Degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
