Project Designer Jobs (Seattle / Portland)

A fast-growing, award-winning, nationally recognized design is firm looking for a talented and motivated Project Designer. This position will serve as a primary client contact for projects. Applicant will have the proven ability to set the design direction for projects and work collaboratively with team members to execute the design.

Applicants must have strong, proven design skills, great communication skills, passion, and commitment. Leadership experience is required.

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture required
Architectural registration is a plus
Six (6) years minimum of extensive experience in all phases of architecture
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Specific experience in mixed-use, retail, housing, or hospitality
In-depth knowledge of local building and zoning codes
Strong understanding of architectural detailing
