Project Architect Jobs (Seattle / Portland)

Looking for a talented Project Architect to join the team. Fast-growing, award-winning design firm looking for a talented and motivated individual with strong technical skills, great communication skills, passion, and commitment. Leadership experience is required and should be demonstrated.

The Project Architect will serve as a client contact for projects, and will oversee all phases of the projects, ensuring that the team meets quality and project goals. This individual will work with the Project Designer and Manager to clearly and thoroughly document the project design.

Qualifications:

Eight (8) years minimum of extensive experience in all phases of architecture
Architectural registration is required
Strong ability to interpret and effect design direction while respecting construction codes and budget issues
In-depth knowledge of local building and zoning codes
Proven ability to mentor junior staff
Ability to develop new business for the firm
Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
