Professional Engineer (PE) / Registered Architect (RA): New York City

Consulting firm in Green Building compliance, Building and Zoning law seeks a motivated and energetic Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) who has Familiarity with NYC (Tri-state area) zoning analysis and code review. Any experience in LEED compliance and field engineering a big plus.

Requirements:

5-15 years experience
Project Manager for Code Consulting Firm
Field Experience for Code Compliance
Zoning/Code Knowledge a plus (not required)
LEED certification a plus
Knowledge of MEP or Energy Systems a plus
Good writing/communication/organization skills
Willing to train to be senior associate in a dynamic code/zoning/land-use firm
Salary commensurate with experience
