Preconstruction Manager (Metro Washington DC)
   

National Builder Developer of commercial multi-family product in search of Pre-Construction Manager in their Washington DC office.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage the development of the conceptual, schematics, design development and final construction budgets
  • Experience dealing with feasibility of new projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with project team coordinating and monitoring design
  • Strong professional relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants competitors and building industry officials in the DC metropolitan area
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred
