Director of Business Development / Preconstruction Candidate Available

I have a strong candidate that I think you should be aware of. He is degreed w/ BS in Building construction, been with his last employer for 11+ years, has a very good project list of local schools, retail, healthcare, and commercial. Certifications include, LEED, PM Cert., and Certified Cost Consultant.

He has ran the Preconstruction division for his employer and more recently took over the Business Development side heading up Central Florida school projects. He has brought in over 125M in school projects in the past 18 months.

He is looking for a new opportunity w/ a commercial general contractorw/ schools, retail, commercial, and healthcare. He would stay in Orlando or consider relocating to "SE" coastal areas.
