Recruiting, Development, Training Manager for one of the largest divisions of one of the largest national builders has been recently downsized from a division in the Mid-Atlantic. He and his family have relocated to Marco Island where he has enrolled his kids in school and established a base to ride out the market adjustment. He has a great understanding of the industry and the jobs necessary to accomplish large production success derived from his move through the ranks of the organization that he was with since graduating from college in 1990. He progressed from an Assistant Superintendent, Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Area Manager, Quality Manager and for the last 5 years he was in charge of recruiting, development and training where he hired and trained over 200 employees.

This is a candidate that could go back into production, purchasing, HR or any combination of these functions to assist an organization in the repositioning necessary to survival under current conditions and has the flexibility to fill many roles now and in the future. He had 13 years with his last employer after 4 years with a framing, roofing and carpentry subcontractor.
