New York City Senior Superintendent Available

Senior Superintendent with only 5 jobs in his 23 years of experience in structural steel, precast and reinforced concrete high rise construction to over 33 stories. Very experienced in deep foundations, massive piles and very large concrete pours. Capable of taking mid and high rise construction from foundation to turn over. Well experienced in multi story concrete parking structures. Handles crews from 10 to 100 plus men and multiple trades. Has experience in large footprint projects as well up to 20 acres. Reviews and evaluates drawings, sets up safety programs, coordinates and schedules all subcontractors, works well with inspectors, architects, vendors and owners. Executes and confirms RFI's and change orders. Takes an active role in final inspections and requirments for CO's. Currently at $115K base with $800/mo allowance.
