New York City Senior Project Manager Available

Senior Project Manager with 22 years of experience in New York City and New Jersey high rise and mid rise residential and commercial projects. BS in Construction Management from Pratt Institute. Experineced in concrete and steel construction as well as multi level stick. Developes project proformas, budgets and profitability forcasts. Developes scopes and specifications, reviews schedules, financials and closings. Over seas staff of project managers and superintendents. Generally responsible for bidding, purchasing, costs, schedules and construction of multiple projects. Conducts meetings with owners for full project review. Started his career with Turner and Tishman, moved on to major regional developer/builders and is currently with a developer/builder. Current base of $130K with $1,000/mo allowance.
