New York City Project Executive Available

Project Executive with 32 years of experience, BSCE NJIT and a CM Certificate from NYU. Started his career with Frank Briscoe and after 10 years moved to Morse Diesel where he was a Senor Project Manager on many large projects including the Saloman Bros World Hqs at #7 World Trade Ctr for $250M. He spent a number of years in Florida with Bovis as a Sr Pro-Con Manager on many of their largest projects and for the last 7 years has been a partner in a large Construction Management Company based in New York City and Ft Lauderdale working all very large residential projects in Fla and NY. His largest project in the last 10 years was the 2 -44 story Continuum project at $104M which he value engineered to $86M. He and his partners are breaking up the company and he is interested in exploring options. Salary requirements are in the upper $100K range.
